Continental Photos goal is to ensure satisfaction. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our product you can return till 30 days after your purchase.

When returning an item (via USPS, UPS, Fedex) you must contact us for a RMA number.

Return FAQ's

  • We can only accept returns for new, unopened product (New, Unopened and Sealed if the package was sealed). We charge a 15% restocking fee on all unopened returned items. If you are returning an item that has been opened but not used we charge a 20% restocking fee excluding the shipping fee.
  • The product must be inside a box or an envelope. We cannot refund a product if the product or the original packaging is damaged.
  • When we receive your package, we will confirm that your returned product is accepted according to our return policy and issue your refund.
  • We do not accept returns for used products in the following category: Instant Film, Cd's.
